Nothing interesting happens in the video after the first 15 seconds or so, I just find it a remarkably good idea to put into practice to get your camera filming the cop in case he screws up and you can use the video to toss out any tickets he gives you, or against him if the cop is unprofessional.. .. your word against the cops word never will win for you.

It's all in a different language, but a lesson can learned, if pulled over, put your cell phone camera to work video taping the encounter,
